Create cabinets/folders

You can create your own file folder structure to replicate the physical files, then search for anything regardless of where it's filed.

Automatic backups

All files stored in eFile are backed up automatically so you never have to worry about losing a file or backing up data yourself.

User management

Full control of who has access to your system at all times, as well as what each user can do when they are logged in.

Drag & drop uploads

Upload up to 1,000 files or 1GB at a time using our simple file upload tool. Choose to upload straight to a cabinet or folder, or save files to your Intray for filing later.

All activity logged

Our activity log ensures you always know what's going on within the system. From users logging in, uploading, editing or deleting files to adding folders and changing permissions.
